Total time: 1 hour
Materials and Ingredients needed: (My ingredients were brought from Aldi's)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons honey
- Minced garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 pounds (approx.) boneless chicken thighs (or preferred chicken meat)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large-sized bowl
- 1 large-sized baking pan

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425-degrees F.
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in the large sized bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add the chicken to the mixture in the bowl and make sure they are well-coated with the mixture. Turn chicken pieces in the bowl over and over like you're marinating before a barbecue.
4. When ready to cook, add chicken and marinade to a baking dish in a single layer. Bake chicken in a 425-degrees oven for 45 minutes. Cook until internal temperature of chicken reads 165-degrees F.
